Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund or exchange once the files have been downloaded. That is standard policy in the digital industry.

Trying and unsubscribing the Lightroom premium free trial may not allow you to use Lightroom presets. We are not responsible for it and will not make a refund.

We believe in our products 100% and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us at hello@presetsbykaveesh.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

One Month Purchase Protection

You can create an account on our Website before purchase and save your downloads online for lifetime usage.
